All orders are processed Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM (CET) excluding Italian holidays (January 1st and 6th, Easter Monday, April 25th, May 1st, June 2nd, August 15th, November 1st, December 8th, 25th and 26th).

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the details provided at the time of purchase.

Lara Chamandi offers free worldwide express shipping for orders over €500,00. Delivery timing is estimated from the time your order is shipped. Please, note that the timing is provided as guideline only. 

Pre-order items will be shipped on the estimated date indicated on the product description page.

Taxes and duties 

All prices shown on our site are expressed in Euros inclusive of taxes but excluding customs duties.

Our warehouse is located in Italy, for all orders shipped outside of the European Union, import taxes and customs duties shall be borne by the recipient.
In these cases, we recommend that you enter your tax code (CF, NIN, SSN, etc.) at check-out as it could speed up customs clearance processes.

Unfortunately, we cannot estimate how much duties you will pay as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information contact your local customs office.

How to place an order

  1. Create an account or log-in if you already have one
  2. From the item page, select the desired color and size of the product
  3. Add the product to your Shopping Bag
  4. Once you have finished shopping, click the "Proceed to checkout" button in your Shopping Bag
  5. Enter your shipping address
  6. Select a shipping and a payment method
  7. Check that the information you entered is correct and click "Buy".

If you are paying with a credit card, before completing your purchase you may be asked for a secondary authentication in order for your payment to be authorized. In this case, you will need to insert a one-time password, an SMS code, or another authentication method, in accordance with the established procedures of the credit card provider.

You will receive a confirmation email shortly after with the details of your order. From this moment on, our warehouse will take care of everything and as soon as the order ships, we will notify you with another confirmation email.



A pre-order is the reservation of an item that is not yet available for sale, but will soon be. An estimated delivery date is indicated for each pre-order item within the Website.


Order tracking

To know where exactly your order is, please use the link received in the order confirmation e-mail.


Order status

The following are the statuses in which your order may be:

  • Confirmed: your order has been received and confirmed by the system
  • Processing: your order is currently being processed by our logistics team
  • Shipped: your order has been shipped


Order changes 

If you require any changes to your order, including change of delivery address and/or item sizing, make sure to contact our client support team at timely.

Please note that, unfortunately, orders that have already been processed it cannot be modified.


Rejected orders

Shipments that are rejected by the recepient will result in the client incurring redirection fees.



The order amount will be captured from your account as soon as your order has been placed. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately as it is possible to modify/cancel an order only if our team has not started to process it yet. We will then issue a refund back to your account.

    Payment methods

    We offer the following payment methods:

    Credit/Debit cards

    You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro.
    Visa and Mastercard are verified by a secure code. Payment is debited from your card once you place the order.

    Mobile Wallets & Payment Apps

    You can pay via Apple Pay, Google Pay, shopPay, PayPal and Klarna.

    Klarna: it allows you to pay for your order through the "Buy now, pay later" method, i.e. splitting the payment into three different monthly installments. The minimum expense that can be financed by Klarna is € 35.00, the maximum € 1500.00. For amounts over € 1500.00 it is not possible to use Klarna.

    Paying with the aforementioned apps and mobile wallets will redirect you on their website for the payment and no banking information transits via

    Payment is therefore secure by the partners in charge of managing financial transaction and the order will be recorded and validated on acceptance of the payment by the banking service.


    PayPal allows you to pay your order in three different instalments.
    “Pay in 3 instalments” is a credit allowing you to pay in three interest-free instalments for the eligible purchases (from EUR 30 to EUR 2,000) that you made using your PayPal account.
