Return Policy
Lara Chamandi aims to your full satisfaction. If for any reason the products your purchased do not meet your expectations, you can return them at our expense within 14 days from the date of delivery.
All returns are free of charge for the customer and are possibile only if all the following conditions are met:
- The merchandise you want to return has been bought on larachamandi.com
- Your return request is submitted within 14 days from the date of delivery
- Items must be in their original condition (including tags) and must not have been worn, altered, or washed.
- Items must not have been used in photography shoots, social media posts, online, commercially or for personal gain. All packaging (including garment bags) shipped with your order must be returned
- Any additional materials (e.g., replacement buttons, etc.) must be shipped back along with the merchandise
- Items must be shipped back in their original package
- The return shipment needs to take place within 14 days from the date of the return request approval (#2)
- All returns must be shipped from the same country they were purchased from.
If your return does not meet any of the aforementioned conditions, the package will be sent back to you and the refund will not be issued.
Return process

Request your return by email at customercare@larachamandi.com, indicating in your email:
- Order number
- Description of item you want to return (code, color, size)
- Reason why you want to return the item
- Pack the item in the original box and stick the free return pre-paid label (provided in response to your request if approved – see conditions here above)
- Arrange the pick-up with the courier indicated on the pre-paid label provided or hand the package at the closest courier's point
Once your package reaches our warehouse,we will verify that all the conditions indicated in the previous paragraph have been met; please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed.
You will be notified via e-mail step by step by our logistics team.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges.
If you wish to buy a different color and/or size, simply return your merchandise and proceed with a new purchase.
Refunds
As soon as your return has been accepted and processed, your refund will be issued to the same payment tool used at moment of purchase.
For security reasons, we cannot issue a refund to a different payment tool and/or to a different credit card.
Once your refund has been issued, you will be notified via e-mail.
Refund timing
The time needed for your funds to be again available in your account may vary based on the payment method used:
- Credit cards: 2-5 business days (depending on your bank institute)
- PayPal: within 48 hours of the refund confirmation email
- Mobile apps: immediate
Restitution in case of conformity defects
In the event of a Conformity Defect, the customer has the right to have the conformity of the goods fully restored by repair or replacement, at his or her choice, at no cost to him or herself. If these remedies are objectively impossible or excessively onerous, the customer may obtain termination of the contract.
If the customer returns a product due to a Conformity Defect and requests a refund of the price, in addition to the price of the product, We shall refund the delivery charges paid at the time of purchase. The return of the product is free of charge if the customer uses the pre-franked return label that will be provided to the consumer by contacting Customer Service. In the event that the customer decides to use his/her own delivery method and does not use the pre-franked label return service, the customer assumes all responsibility for the costs and risk of any loss or damage to the returned product.
The customer is obliged to take reasonable care of the products while they are in his possession, even if they present a Conformity Defect, in order to allow the necessary verifications by Lara Chamandi.
To return products affected by a Conformity Defect, please refer to the Return procedure.
Please remember to always enclose the delivery receipt and/or the purchase receipt inside the package containing the return.
Responsibility
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged during shipment. Also, ensure that you get proof (receipt) of the return in case you need to contact us about your return.
If we notice a suspicious pattern of returns activity (e.g. we suspect someone is actually wearing the merchandise and then returning it, ordering and returning habitually and/or the items returned do not match what you ordered) we will deactivate the account.
